What is Planook?
Planook is an AI-powered travel companion app that gives you a ready-made 3-day itinerary for every city, fully editable, plus an AI itinerary builder, voice translator, GPS audio guides, budget tracker, an offline flight radar and offline tools.
Do I have to cancel anything?
No. Planook has no subscription: a City Key is a one-off purchase and the city stays yours forever, so there is nothing to cancel. You can review your purchases in the store you bought them from:
- iPhone (Apple): open Settings, tap your name, then Media & Purchases › Purchase History to see your City Key purchases.
- Android (Google Play): open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history to see your City Key purchases.
Because a City Key is a one-off purchase, no recurring charge is ever made and nothing expires.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the app store, not directly by Planook:
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
- Google Play: visit play.google.com/store/account or request a refund from your order history in the Play Store.
What exactly does a City Key give me?
A City Key unlocks the full content of one city permanently for €9.90 — the ready 3-day itinerary, your own AI itinerary, attractions, restaurants, cafés and bars, GPS audio guides, the translator and the airport ⇄ city route. It is a one-off purchase: that city stays yours forever, with no renewal.
Why isn’t offline mode or the GPS audio guide working?
To use offline features (maps, audio guides), you first need to open and load the relevant city/itinerary while connected to the internet, so the content downloads to your device. For GPS audio guides, you also need to enable location access:
- iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Planook.
- Android: Settings › Location, and Apps › Planook › Permissions › Location.
We recommend choosing “Always” or “While Using the App” so it keeps working in the background.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can permanently delete your account directly in the app: go to your Profile and tap “Delete Account.” This immediately and permanently removes your account and associated data, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have trouble accessing this option, you can also email us at support@app.planook.com from your registered email address and we’ll delete your account within 30 days.
What devices and operating systems does Planook support?
Planook is available for iPhone (iOS), supporting the latest two major OS versions; the Android version is on the way.
